Stay near the payphone. Your contact walks over. Press E when they arrive to browse or use their service.

Pacifists and police cannot use payphone vendors.

Lester (Tools) brings crime gear: lockpicks, a Flopper One for ATMs and heist hacks, Thermite for the Yacht Robbery, a glass cutter for Kortz displays, and a Signal Jammer to shut Kortz cameras down for a short time.

There is a call fee and a short cooldown between Lester calls.

Oscar (Guns) sells illegal firearms, ammo, and throwables. He costs more to call and needs a higher level than Lester.

His van includes the Compact Rifle (works in drive-bys on bikes), plus expensive Assault Shotgun, Marksman Rifle, and Sniper Rifle options.

Gerald (Drugs) is a service contact, not a shop. Call him to order a dead drop or arrange buyers for product you already have.
