Playing as a Civilian

As a civilian you are not on the police roster. You can walk the city, buy gear, own cars, take legal jobs, or cross into crime and pick up wanted stars.

If you want a calmer session with no crime or player combat, switch to Pacifist mode from the interaction menu.

Common civilian goals:

• Build cash and XP so shops and cars unlock.
• Run Courier or Trucker for steady pay.
• Buy a personal vehicle and insure what matters.
• Try crime loops when you are ready for wanted stars and police attention.
