Money, XP & Levels

Your cash is the GTA wallet on your HUD. It flashes briefly when the amount changes.

You earn money from legal jobs, robberies and heists, selling stolen goods at the Fence, stock trading, and other activities around the city.

XP uses the blue rank bar on your HUD. It shows how far you are to the next level, and you will see Level up! when you rank up. There is a max level.

Higher levels unlock things like certain weapons at Ammu-Nation, some dealership cars, and black market vendors.

Keep an eye on:

• Wallet cash when you buy or get paid.
• The blue XP bar for level progress.
• Wanted stars after crimes.
• Minimap icons and colors for other players and your status.
