Find a Payphone blip and press E to use it. Vendors charge a call fee and may need a minimum level.

• Lester Crest can bring heist gear (including thermite) for a call fee once you meet the level requirement.
• The Gun Van sells illegal firearms and ammo at a higher level gate and call fee.

Stay near the payphone. The vendor drives to you. Browse their stock when they arrive.

When the vendor shows up, open their menu and buy gear. Thermite from Lester matters for the yacht heist. Gun Van stock is for players ready for illegal firearms.

The Fence is active late at night (about 10 PM to 4 AM) at a random coastal or rural spot. A feed message tells you where they showed up.

Open the Fence menu to sell stolen goods for cash. Watch their Budget display. They leave if cops are nearby or they run out of cash.
